Lazio: six goals and first place
Lazio scored in the 2nd minute through Taylor and never really let the game settle. Thorstvedt equalised for Sassuolo on seven minutes, but Isaksen and an own goal from Floriani made it 3-1 before the quarter-hour mark.
The game turned for good just after the half-hour, when Thorstvedt was sent off, leaving Sassuolo with ten men for an hour. Zaccagni scored in first-half stoppage time and Noslin added two in the second half. Sassuolo got a second goal through Esposito, but it made no difference.
It is the most goals Lazio have scored in a league game this season, and it takes them past Inter at the top for now.
Roma: a late finish against Cagliari
At the Stadio Olimpico, Gian Piero Gasperini's Roma went behind early to a Cagliari penalty. Goals from Lulli and Pisilli turned the game around in the first half, but it stayed tight until the final ten minutes.
Cagliari's Maldini made it 2-2 with under ten minutes left. Roma replied almost straight away: Mora scored on 85 minutes and Malen made sure with a fourth. Roma move to 21 points, four behind Lazio. Fabio Pisacane's Cagliari stay on 13.
Como: three goals in the last ten minutes
Torino led through Adams from the 24th minute and looked set for a big home win. Then Como scored three times after the 80th minute: Ramon levelled, Paz put them ahead and Baturina finished it in stoppage time. Como are now on 20 points, in the Champions League places.
